Nathan Myhrvold, 'Mad Scientist,' on Nightline

Nathan Myhrvold, a guy "who spends his millions studying popcorn," was featured on Nightline segment Friday night, and he promoted Modernist Cuisine and gave a tour of the Seattle labs that produced it. He made several dishes, including the striped omelet he's made on many other shows, as well as a modernist mac and cheese. When asked how much the whole project cost him, Myhrvold responds: "I don't like to think about that." Here's the video:
