In what's being called the "Woodstock of Edible Animals," tickets are still on sale for Meatopia, food writer Josh Ozersky's all-meat festival in New York City featuring a lineup of over 45 chefs from across the country on July 23, 2011.
Tickets are selling out fast; if you like meat you should probably buy some. Here now, an exclusive look at what those chefs will be serving. There's everything from Eddie Huang's "Doomtopia" Stew to April Bloomfield's Barbecued Whole Mulefoot Hog, from Sean Brock's Carolina Whole Ossabaw Hog BBQ to Seamus Mullen's Spit-Roasted Whole Sheep. And like Ozersky keeps promising, there's almost nary a vegetable in sight.
