Eric Ripert on Airplane Food

ripert-airplanes-150.jpgThe New York Times consulted chefs for their airplane eating tips. Included: Eric Ripert, who not only doesn't eat airplane food because it's "disgusting," but because "The way they clean the planes, your table is disgusting...I'm not a germaphobe but it still freaks me out when you find things from a previous passenger." He recommends Wolfgang Puck Express, on the ground. [NYT]
