Modernist Cuisine's Nathan Myhrvold on Nightline Tonight

Nightline is airing a segment tonight titled "Inside the Lab: Modernist Cuisine," barring any breaking news, etc. Nathan Myhrvold, the former Microsoft chief technology officer turned scientific food genius will discuss the formidable six-volume cookbook series he and his team created:

"This is a six-volume, 2,438-page set weighs 39 pounds con­tains 3,126 pho­tos, and took five years and a team of more than 50 to cre­ate. We’ve sold out our first round of volumes? we’ve ordered 25,000 more and are expecting those to sell out.”
