Top Cheftesteblais Richard Blais gave more details on his upcoming Atlanta restaurant. He is working with the hospitality group Concentrics Restaurants and it will be located in Midtown. The restaurant is unnamed, but it will, according to Blais, serve "simple American food that tastes great." [AJC]
