Officials Shutter Lemonade Stand, Kill American Dream

Officials in Bethesda, Maryland shut down a lemonade stand set up outside of the US Open for not having a permit, despite the children's insistence that half of the funds raised were going to pediatric cancer research. According to their mother, who was fined $500 by the county for the illicit stand, "The message to kids is, there's no American dream." On top of that, plenty of permits were issued for neighbors to let cars park on their lawns. Below, the local news report:
