Over on the delightful GOOP, Gwyneth Paltrow has a Father's Day Q&A with Bon Appétit editor Adam Rapoport. GP expresses that she was initially apprehensive about the revamp ("On the heels of Gourmet going down, it was almost too much to bear."), but loves the new magazine and wonders how exactly Rapoport formulated his new approach. His answer? You've got to commit to doing things your way and you've got to be open to feedback. In regards to the latter, Rapoport admits that some of it has definitely been in the "What the hell is going on!" vein. [GOOP]
