Forget having overcooked scallops or baked ziti at your wedding. The new hotness: food trucks. Because nothing says I love you like "huaraches, schnitzel and dumplings on paper plates"? The Wall Street Journal tells of a Brooklyn bride who had not one but three trucks at her wedding: "We love food trucks...This is sort of a big part of our relationship together." Even with costs including staffing and rentals, the food trucks ended up being cheaper than traditional caterers. Also happening: food trucks at bar mitzvahs.
