They're Good For Your Heart

Last month longtime Chez Panisse chef and cookbook author David Tanis announced that he would retire at the end of the summer to pursue his writing career, which included a column for the New York Times. Well, it dropped today. The column is called "City Kitchen" and here's the first piece: "Small Space, Big Flavor: First, Start the Beans." Hint: It's about beans. [NYT]
