Alice Waters' Beefcake Memories

From "Summer Jobs of the Rich and Famous," here's restaurateur and dreamer Alice Waters on a summer job she once had at a hot dog stand: It was "a job she remembers more for the beefcake — two cute brothers ran it — than the beef hot dogs. She says she was a hard worker, but perhaps not always a model employee. 'I definitely was doing things in the nighttime that probably made me not so alert during the day,' she said." [NYT]
