Roger Ebert on Eating

g-tube-roger-ebert-150.jpgFim critic Roger Ebert wrote a candid essay on what it's like to eat through a G-tube, which goes directly into his stomach and has been feeding him since 2006. While he says he doesn't miss the act of eating as much as he used to, he does say the process of eating in this way makes him "feel like a goose being prepped for foie gras."
