Watch a Killer Hamburger Animated Short

A short film created by French filmmaking students examines a deadly side of hamburgers that has nothing to do with clogged arteries or the American obesity epidemic. Hambuster, a six-minute animated short, begins innocently enough, with a man sitting down to enjoy a burger on a sunny day, though the burger seems to have other ideas. It takes on a drooling, snarling life of its own, growing fearsome teeth which it uses to eat a baby and commit assorted acts of endearingly animated violence.

Instead of people eating hamburgers it's the other way around. As you can see from the video below, this spree of splashy, drippy, cheesy hamburger gore is actually a terrific Pixar-esque work of animation.
