chefs-tufts-150.jpgDaniel Boulud, Wolfgang Puck and Dan Barber spoke at Tufts University, where Barber shared the story of the night he fed LA Weekly critic Jonathan Gold, who was writing up his restaurant Blue Hill for Gourmet: upon finding 15 cases of asparagus in the walk-in, Barber declared, "Tonight, every fucking dish has asparagus on it." Lucky for him, it seems Gold likes asparagus. [Feast]
