Servers Go Hands-Free

The New York Post offers up a 1,000-word piece on servers that don't write down orders, noting that "the hands-free waitering method seems to be all the rage lately. Unsurprisingly, New Yorkers aren't into it. Says one, "...since when does being a good waiter also mean having a steel-trap memory? Show me the pad! And three: I feel anxious." [NYP via Eater NY]
