Groupon's Writers

The New York Times takes a look at Groupon's copy writers, who are known for crafting witty ads for the deal site and reportedly make $37,000 a year. ($37K is apparently "the going rate for workers in their early twenties," according to the company's management.) Says Keith Griffith, Groupon's Director of Recruiting, "My constant fear is that we're going to run out of writers in Chicago." [NYT]
