Watch a Start to Finish Dinner at elBulli

ElBulli's countdown to its final months has inspired a photography exhibit, a scratch and sniff issue of Esquire Spain, and countless scrambles among food writers, chefs and celebrities to make the pilgrimage to Catalonia before Ferran Adrià's storied restaurant closes its doors. This video, set to some twangy-trippy music, documents a start-to-finish elBulli experience, from the "peas true + false" to the "weird corn balls."
