Oceana Campaigns Against Seafood Fraud

Oceana, an international organization that promotes ocean preservation, has launched a campaign against seafood fraud, in which restaurants serve one type of fish and claim it's another. Part of the campaign includes the creation of a DNA seafood library that may eventually become public for consumer identification. [WaPo via Eater DC]
