Keller on a London Pop-Up

In an interview with Bloomberg, Keller said that applying his techniques to another country's ingredients would be "missing half the equation, and I don't want to do that." The fact that he has multiple restaurant concepts, a bakery, and various endorsement deals also makes it tough to come up with a name. [Bloomberg]
