Anthony Bourdain's appearance last night at a New York Barnes & Noble produced a veritable treasure trove of Bourdainian wisdom, including his thoughts on Ruth Bourdain's true identity and his favorite Top Chef zinger that never aired. Egging him on was chef and Eater Top Chef Masters recapper Eddie Huang, reportedly called off the basketball court at the last minute to emcee.

Bourdain played a round of "screw, marry, kill" with Tyler Florence, Guy Fieri and Bobby Flay, and said that if forced to face someone in a fight, he'd pick "that Marcel dude" from Top Chef. "He'd get totally lost down the rabbit hole with all his technique." Fortunately these wise words were captured on video for the ages.
