Esquire Picks the Best Bars in America 2011

Esquire has announced its sixth annual roundup of the Best Bars in America, and this year's list has a little bit of a spin on it: they're all newer bars, most less than two years old.

The eleven bars singled out below were curated by the magazine's drinks correspondent David Wondrich and include The Thirsty Crow in Los Angeles, New York's Painkiller and Spirit of 77 in Portland, among others. Here's the list:
