Tyler Florence Explains His $50 Million Empire

Here's a video of Food Network host Tyler Florence talking about something celebrity chefs don't bring up very often: his business. Turns out Florence lost a "gigantic amount" of money in the stock market, but came bouncing back by selling cutlery, cookware, wine, baby food, and all kinds of other stuff. He and his wife now run what Forbes estimates is a $50 million empire, which includes four restaurants and three retail shops in the Bay Area.
