So this happened a couple of weeks ago: Apparently if you're an NFL quarterback, In-N-Out comes to you. Because of the NFL lockout, New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez recently invited 14 of his teammates to Southern California for his own five-day "Jets West" training camp, complete with oceanside villas, catered luncheons, and enough sponsorships to inspire envy from actual sporting events.
The Southern California native even arranged to have a truck from In-N-Out on site dispensing double doubles and such after those long workouts. Sanchez, the highest-paid player in Jets history, tweeted that "Great burgers hit the spot," and thanked In-N-Out for feeding lunch to the players. No word on whether any of his teammates were moved to tears by the gesture.
