Last night on Iron Chef America, Chicago chef Todd Stein (previously at Cibo Matto, currently at The Florentine in the JW Marriott) challenged Iron Chef Bobby Flay in Battle Mussels. The judges were reality TV show lady Julie Chen, TV guy David Rocco, and Canadian TV lady Laura Calder — two out of three work for the Food Network!
