Noma chef René Redzepi recently gave a talk at TEDx — an independently-organized TED event — and here's a pretty great 14-minute video of his presentation. He explains the origins of his local/foraging approach, drops some philosophy about cuisine and the edible world, and uses a surprising amount of sexual references when talking about food.
