Adam Rapoport on the Bon Appétit Relaunch

Bon Appétit editor Adam Rapoport had a "breakfast of buttermilk biscuits, eggs and avocado" with WWD and offered up details about the upcoming May issue that is the magazine's official relaunch.

What to expect in the new issue: something from Gabrielle Hamilton, a first look at David Chang's new iPad app, comedian Aziz Ansari, and "a piece about cooking at home" with the family behind the fashion label Missoni.

Rapoport did not address the Gwyneth Paltrow cover rumor, however. He told WWD, "We should be selling more on the newsstand and making it pop more," but that he doesn't "want to make a magazine where chefs are treated as celebrities." So: maybe?
