Tonight: Top Chef Masters Season Three Premieres, Plus Top Chef All-Stars Reunion

The third season of Top Chef Masters premieres tonight, with some changes: fewer cheftestapants, new host Curtis Stone and former-Gourmet editor Ruth Reichl's debut as judge. According to the New York Times all the changes make the show a little less nice than previous seasons and add a little more "backbiting and second-guessing." Just like regular Top Chef!
