Jamie Oliver: There's Beaver Anal Gland in Ice Cream

Jamie Oliver was on David Letterman last night, and the two of them discussed beaver anal glands. It turns out they're used to make an additive called castoreum that's used in ice cream and other vanilla-flavored products — as Oliver says, "If you like that stuff, next time you put it in your mouth, think of anal gland." Yum? Also, bonus: Oliver briefly mocks an American accent toward the end!
