Errors in Modernist Cuisine

modernist-cuisine-review-150.pngThe New York Times takes a look at the list of 350ish errors found in the first printing of Nathan Myhrvold's Modernist Cuisine, and talks to the man responsible for finding many of them: retired medical imaging equipment technician Larry Lofthouse.
