Some official details about the 2011 New York City Wine & Food Festival were announced today: Rachael Ray will not be hosting the Burger Bash this year, instead Whoopi Goldberg will be "filling in." New events include "Rock and Bowl" with Anne Burrell; "Fried" hosted by Tyler Florence and Elizabeth Karmel; and "Brooklyn's Best Bites" with Adam Richman.
