Mario Batali Is Hiring For a Media Production Coordinator

Want to work for Mario Batali? As the chef prepares for the September debut of his new food talk show, The Chew, he's looking for a Media Production Coordinator to help edit videos and organize programming with his restaurants and chefs. He also wants someone who knows their way around the social media world.

And anyone can apply! Batali's running the job hunt on Monster, and they've posted it on their front page. (Batali must be getting thousands of applications.) He tells YumSugar he's taking this route "Because I want to find someone that is really good" and he doesn't "know where this person lives or exists."

Except that he or she is in New York. Requirements for the job include: Must live in New York ("I'm not moving anyone"), be able to speak conversational Italian, and while a culinary degree is not required, it is a plus.
