Looks like $625 won't buy you a perfect cookbook, after all. Going into the second printing of Modernist Cuisine (25,000 copies, compared to the first run's 6,000), it seems Nathan Myhrvold's magnum opus at 2,438 pages has a few typos and omissions that need correcting. They fess up to all of them over on their blog. It's a big list. [MC]
