The Time 100 Includes Grant Achatz and Michelle Obama

The Time 100 list of influential people has been announced, and included are Chicago chef Grant Achatz and Michelle Obama (largely for her healthy eating initiatives). Jamie Oliver, whose show Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution also aims to get kids to eat healthier food, wrote the blurb on the First Lady, calling her "a true revolutionary." Thomas Keller took the honors for Achatz's writeup, and said his former employee "exemplifies the modern chef." Achatz returns the favor in this video, in which he credits Keller with being the most influential person in his life.
