Vitaly Paley vs Jose Garces in Iron Chef Battle Radish

Last night on Iron Chef America, chef Vitaly Paley (Paley's Place, Portland, OR) challenged Iron Chef Jose Garces in battle radish. Paley, who grew up in the former Soviet Union, felt "very comfortable around radishes" and showed "what we do with radishes using the whole plant." Garces went with his "tour around the world" approach. Both ended up making radish sorbets. Whose dishes did the judges — TV host Bal Arnisen, author Michael Ruhlman, and PR person Karine Bakhoum — like the best?
