Tonight, Chefs on Charlie Rose: Adrià, Waxman, and Hamilton

Tonight's episode of Charlie Rose is a full hour of hot chef action featuring Ferran Adrià (elBulli), Gabrielle Hamilton (Prune, NYC), and Jonathan Waxman (Barbuto, NYC). This is apparently Adrià's third appearance on the show and the first for Hamilton and Waxman. It's unclear if Charlie Rose will interview them all at the same time (but it's also unlikely).

Yesterday Jamie Oliver was a guest on Charlie Rose, and previous guests include Daniel Boulud, Rick Bayless, and René Redzepi.
