Ben and Jerry's is giving away free ice cream cones from noon to 8:00PM today at their scoop shops. (You can find locations near you here.) They're using it to promote flavors newly available in the shops, including ones named for talk show hosts Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert, as well as the delightfully named "Clusterfluff." But really, you can have any flavor you like.
