Jiro Dreams of Sushi, A Film About Master Sushi Chef Jiro Ono

Here's the trailer for Jiro Dreams of Sushi, an upcoming documentary about 85-year old sushi chef Jiro Ono of Tokyo's three Michelin starred-restaurant Sukiyabashi Jiro. It looks like the film will be chock full of lush sushi footage in addition to some major sushi philosophizing courtesy Ono. It premieres in the US at the Tribeca Film Festival later this month.
