The original Top Chef and owner of New York's Kin Shop and Perilla Harold Dieterle will make an appearance on Nightline's Platelist tonight where he talks about angry chefs (among other things): "Probably the first chef I worked for that had the biggest ego, the angriest... I learned a lot from him and also lived on a steady diet of antacids for the majority of the summer." [ABC]
