After Richard Blais was crowned Top Chef last night on Top Chef All-Stars, Bravo segued into an episode of Watch What Happens Live to have host Andy Cohen and season one winner Harold Dieterle declare the season's "Fan Favorite." It came down to Fabio Viviani and Carla Hall in a bizarre live simulcast thing, and the fans have spoken: Carla Hall was declared "Fan Favorite" and won $10,000. She's going to use the money "for all those teeny-tiny petite cookies that you all have been ordering." (Hall has a cookie collection.) Hootie Hoo!
