As far as scandals go this one is pretty tame, but we'll take it. A former banquet chef at New York's Tavern on the Green recently wrote on his Facebook wall that he would serve high-gluten pasta to those requesting gluten free because the allergy is all in their "disturbed little heads." Allergy sufferers are, obviously, not pleased. [Foodista via Eater NY]
