A San Francisco judge has thrown out a class action lawsuit that claims Yelp is a "pay-to-play" website — that is, that businesses that buy ads with Yelp get better ratings and more prominent placement. The plaintiffs can rewrite and try again, though. [SFBJ via SFGate]
