Earlier today news came that former Gourmet editor Ruth Reichl might be headed to Gilt Groupe to launch a food-based version of the deal site. Grub Street rumored that ex-Gourmet writer/Salon editor Francis Lam was following her there. Lam confirmed to us that he's headed to the Gilt Groupe and said, "But it would be so much more badass if I could say, 'No comment' to a hostile reporter, wouldn't it?" [GS]
