In honor of the second anniversary of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, Vermont ice cream wizards Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield dropped by the show with a giant ice cream cake and a huge announcement: Fallon is getting his own ice cream flavor called Late Night Snack. The ice cream — a poorly-kept secret as it already hit the shelves over the weekend — is vanilla bean ice cream with a salty caramel swirl and fudge-covered potato chip clusters.
The company contacted Fallon after seeing his Ben & Jerry's song with South African singing group Ladysmith Black Mambazo. Fallon is now one of a small handful of celebrities with their own ice cream flavor, among them Jerry Garcia, Elton John, and Stephen Colbert (who we are sure will have something to say about this.)
