Gordon Ramsay Closing Montreal Institution Laurier BBQ

Staff at Montreal institution Laurier BBQ were just given notice that the restaurant, in its current form, will close April 17. It was announced in November that shouty chef Gordon Ramsay had invested in the 75-year-old restaurant, but no one's really quite sure what he plans to do with it yet, or when the restaurant will reopen. It seems there's a possibility some of the staff might be rehired, but beyond that, it's anyone's guess.
