Spike Mendelsohn's Good Stuff Eatery to Philly, DC, Chicago

About a year ago Spike Mendelsohn, former Top Chef contestant and the owner of Washington, DC's Good Stuff Eatery and We, the Pizza, casually mentioned he would love to take the Good Stuff burger concept national; now, it seems plans are in action. Mendelsohn told the Feast that he's set up a franchise company and plans on opening locations in Philadelphia, Washington, DC and maybe Chicago over the next year. After that? Who knows.
