boulud-reuters-150.jpgIn an interview with Reuters, chef Daniel Boulud talked about expanding into more accessible food with his two upcoming NYC projects (Boulud Sud, Epicerie Boulud). He also said he's "looking closely at a new project in Toronto" but had nothing to confirm. On foodies: "I think in France for example...going out and dining is more about the intellectual moment to share with the people you dine with than trying to figure out what the chef did with that little piece of salmon or lobster and all that."
