Humphry Slocombe x Boccalone = Prosciutto Ice Cream

Denny's isn't the only one in the combining-salty-pig-parts-and-ice-cream game — San Francisco ice cream maker Humphry Slocombe has teamed up with chef Chris Cosentino's salumeria Boccalone to make — brace yourselves — Prosciutto Ice Cream.

Sean Vahey, general manager at Humphry Slocombe, who sent us the photo to the right of the very pink ice cream, told us that it's selling out fast. They only made ten gallons, but "due to the overwhelming response we'll be making it again for next weekend." He added, "Squeal!"
