All those Groupon clones might actually be good for small businesses, as they allow merchants to negotiate with online deal websites to get a bigger cut of each deal. Groupon has received complaints from business owners in the past over the percentage of money they keep from deals, but it seems they better get with the times or suffer the backlash. [WSJ]
