According to TMZ, a 54-year-old former waiter at Wolfgang Puck's Los Angeles restaurant Cut is suing the chef's restaurant group (and others) for over $25,000 in damages. Apparently before the guy was fired, the rest of the staff would make "negative age-related comments," calling him "old man" and "pops." [TMZ]
