A 22-year old New Jersey man is suing the makers of the formerly-caffeinated malt liquor beverage Four Loko, claiming the drink caused him permanent heart damage. It seems the guy drank two and a half cans of the stuff while on vacation and woke up with heart arrhythmia.
The lawsuit claims Four Loko is "deceitfully packaged." Because there's something about neon camo that promises a product won't mess with your health? No, because there wasn't a disclaimer on the can warning of the risks involved with mixing caffeine and alcohol.
