Dogfish Head Beer Pulled From Four States Due to Popularity

Sorry, residents of Tennessee, Indiana, Rhode Island and Wisconsin: your supply of Dogfish Head beer is about to be cut off. Owner Sam Calagione — who was nominated for a Beard Award in the Outstanding Wine and Spirits Professional category yesterday, congrats! — has decided the brewery was stretched a little thin.

Apparently the demand for the beer, especially the 60 Minute IPA, soared after the debut of Calagione's Discovery Channel show Brew Masters, and something had to give. Calagione said, "We commiserate with them and we feel their pain." Easy for him to say, he can drink all the Dogfish Head he wants.
